Book a time for a discovery session via phone at a time that suits you! During the call we will discuss where you are at, where you want to be and what your specific pain points are and how we may be able to help!
We send you a proposal
After our discovery session, we will send you a proposal that outlines who we are, what we do and what services we can offer.
If you would like to engage VV, simply select the services that you would like, sign and submit! We will take care of the rest.
Your engagement letter
The letter of engagement is a legal requirement that details our obligations to you and your rights when working with us. An engagement letter can be a dynamic document and should the nature of our work with you change, a new one will be sent.
Read over this document carefully and if you have any queries or concerns, be sure to reach out!
Once you’re happy with the terms of our agreement with you, go ahead and sign. Remember, we do not lock our clients into fixed term and with the required notice period, you can terminate our services at any time.
Let’s get started
Now that the legalities are out of the way, it is time to get started. Depending on the terms of your agreement with us, you will be sent an invoice to get the ball rolling.
There will be some ‘getting to know you’ forms that we will request and we will ask for access to your Xero file (or alternate file if you are making the switch!) so that we can get to work!
